You should expect your initial evaluation to last from 60-90 minutes, with follow up appointments lasting 60 minutes. The entire visit is spent one-on-one with a physical therapist.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in and allows clinicians to access your point of pain. Sweatpants, gym shoes and other work out attire is preferred.

We are unable to move in certain ways because our bodies compensate for the restricted range of motion. These multiple compensations can cause even the everyday person to experience pain so restoring and promoting normal movement patterns can help decrease these pains.

You can ask for a “SuperBill” and then submit it to your insurance for reimbursement for out-of-network Physical Therapy benefits.

Depending on your diagnosis, your treatment plan could include a combination of different techniques including:
Therapeutic exercises
Patient education
Manual/Massage therapy
Functional exercises
Neuromuscular reeducation

If your plans change and need to cancel your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice — otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
We recommend that you schedule appointments far enough in advance to ensure you receive the time slots you need.
